My role
- As Content Strategist and Community Manager, I led the development of the new LinkedIn and Instagram strategy, managed day-to-day content operations, and maintained direct communication with the client. I also coordinated with the design team and oversaw performance reporting and strategic adjustments.
What I did
- - Designed the new social media strategy for 2024, including channels, tone, content types, conversation territories, and action plan.
- Managed both LinkedIn and Instagram content for several months.
- Created monthly performance reports and used insights to refine the strategy.
- Built and validated content calendars aligned with engagement goals.
- Wrote all social copy and coordinated with designers for asset creation.
- Handled client communication, presenting results, briefs and approvals.
Impact
- The new strategy led to a +40% increase in engagement on Instagram and achieved 60–80% engagement rates on LinkedIn, far exceeding typical B2B performance. The updated editorial framework and thematic pillars were well received by the client and laid a solid foundation for brand consistency and visibility on social media.

NextMaritime is a B2B logistics company in the maritime shipping sector, acting as an intermediary between cargo owners and vessel operators. When I joined the project through RocaSalvatella, the brand had an active presence on LinkedIn and Instagram, but was seeking better engagement, clearer positioning, and a more consistent content strategy for the year ahead.
