My Role

    As Content and Social Media Strategist, I led the content planning across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and X (Twitter). I managed both freelancers and designers, maintained client communication, and ensured that all actions were aligned with the broader communication strategy.

What I did

    - Designed and implemented multi-channel monthly content plans aligned with the brand’s tone and positioning.
    - Created adhoc strategies for event coverage and low-activity periods.
    - Wrote social media copy and covered key events on-site.
    - Managed and briefed freelancers and designers for content production.
    - Maintained direct communication with the client, ensuring agility and clarity.
    - Analysed monthly reports and performance metrics to continuously refine the strategy and improve engagement.

Impact

    My proactive approach helped reorganise internal workflows and improve cross-team efficiency. By aligning strategy, content and execution through data-informed decisions, we increased the consistency and perceived quality of our work — significantly improving client satisfaction and trust in our team.

Connecting strategy and execution for event storytelling

Fira de Barcelona is one of the leading trade fair venues in Europe, hosting world-class industry events. When I joined the content team, the project was facing coordination issues and a lack of strategic cohesion across platforms. The goal was to bring structure, consistency, and strategic alignment to multi-channel content efforts.
