My role
- I worked as part of the core team managing the EAE account, combining content strategy with day-to-day coordination and client communication. My role bridged planning, execution and team alignment to ensure consistent, high-quality brand presence online.
What I did
- - Developed monthly social media content plans across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and X.
- Coordinated status meetings with the client and internal teams, aligning priorities and strategy.
- Created monthly reports analysing performance and proposing improvements.
- Briefed the design team for each campaign and coordinated with the paid media team to ensure coherence.
- Participated in the planning and execution of live event coverage strategies (on-site content creation, real-time posting, post-event communication).
Impact
- My work helped ensure a smooth content workflow across teams and platforms, improving client satisfaction and increasing the visibility of EAE’s institutional events and academic milestones across digital channels.
